• We accept exchanges for products with manufacturing defects or items that do not 
match the order placed. 
• The product must be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. 
• Proof of purchase is required. 

3. Conditions for Returns 
• Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, in 
accordance with consumer protection laws. 
• The product must be in perfect condition, unused, with tags and original packaging. 

4. Request Deadlines  
• Exchanges for defects: within 30 calendar days of receipt. 
• Returns for remorse: within 7 calendar days of receipt.

6. Shipping Costs

costs. • For returns due to remorse, shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility. 

7. Defective Products 
• Products with manufacturing defects will be inspected and, if confirmed, may be 
exchanged or refunded. 
• If no defect is found, the product will be returned to the customer. 

8. Refunds 
• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. 
• The refund timeframe may vary depending on the card issuer or financial institution.
