stated in the product description.

• The warranty period is 90 calendar days from the date of receipt, unless a different 
period is specified on the product page. 
• Some products may have extended manufacturer warranties, as indicated on the 
packaging or manual. 

4. Conditions of Use 
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures that occur during normal 
use of the product, following the manufacturer’s instructions.

• Our team will respond within 2 business days with instructions for shipping or 
inspection. 

6. Products Not Covered 
The warranty does not cover: 
• Damage caused by misuse, drops, or accidents 
• Normal wear and tear 
• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications 
• Products showing signs of tampering or repair by unauthorized third parties 

7. Repair, Replacement, or Refund 
• After inspection, if the defect is confirmed, the product may be repaired, replaced with 
an identical or similar item, or refunded. 
• The resolution method will be determined based on availability and applicable law. 

8. Customer Responsibility 
The customer is responsible for properly packaging the product for shipment and providing all 
requested information for inspection. 

9. Governing Law 
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
